• Product Details: We strive to display the colors, textures, and varieties of our mangoes as accurately as possible. However, as these are natural agricultural products, slight variations in size, ripeness, and color are normal and expected.

• Seasonality: Availability is subject to seasonal harvests. We reserve the right to suggest substitutes or issue refunds if a specific variety becomes unavailable.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or delivery capacity limits.

• Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments and other methods as specified at checkout. Payment must be confirmed or completed as per the selected method before the goods are handed over.

Our delivery timelines, the 6:00 AM cut-off for same-day Dubai delivery, and our restricted delivery zones (city limits only) are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy . We are committed to ensuring your mangoes arrive fresh via our temperature-controlled logistics.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit and strict food health and safety standards, returns are only accepted if initiated at the time of delivery with the driver. Quality issues discovered later must be reported within 12 hours . Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
