At Mangoes.ae , we take immense pride in hand-selecting only the freshest, highest-quality produce daily. Because fruit is a natural, perishable product, its longevity can be affected by temperature, air conditioning, and handling. Every order is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our premium standards.

⚠️ 2. Return Eligibility (Perishable Goods)

Due to UAE health and safety regulations regarding perishable food, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a "change of mind" or if the product has been partially consumed.

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are only considered if:

• You received the incorrect product .

• The produce is found to be damaged or rotten upon arrival.

• You return the product at the time of delivery to the driver.

⏱️ 3. Reporting an Issue (12-Hour Rule)

Fresh produce typically lasts between 36–48 hours or up to 7 days depending on the variety. Should your fruit perish prematurely, any issues must be reported to our support team within 12 hours of delivery. Claims made after this 12-hour window cannot be accommodated.

📝 4. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To resolve any quality concerns quickly, please follow these steps:

1. Document the Issue: Take clear, detailed photos of the entire box and the specific damaged items. Photos of just 1 or 2 pieces will not be accepted as proof of a damaged shipment.

2. Contact Us:  Email us at info@mangoes.ae or message our WhatsApp Support at +971 52 162 7360 .

3. Provide Proof: Include your Order Number, your valid receipt, and the photos/videos of the produce in its original packaging.

4. Return the Produce: To assist in quality control, you may be asked to return the original produce in its disputed condition at your own expense.

💳 5. The Refund/Replacement Process

Once your claim is assessed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

• Replacement: A fresh replacement will be dispatched (subject to stock availability).

• Discount Vouchers: We may issue store credit for use on your next purchase.

• Credit Card Refund: Refunds to Debit/Credit cards take 5–7 working days to process through the bank gateway. We will provide a refund advice slip via email for your records.

🛑 6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please do so before 6:00 AM on your scheduled delivery day. Once an order has left our cold-storage facility and is with the courier, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
