🚚 1. Delivery Overview

At Mangoes.ae , we know that enjoying the world’s finest mangoes requires peak freshness. That is why we operate a dedicated temperature-controlled logistics network to ensure fast, reliable delivery of our premium harvest to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah .

⏱️ 2. Delivery Timelines

We deliver 7 days a week (excluding official public holidays) to ensure your fruit arrives perfectly ripe and ready to enjoy.

• Dubai (Same-Day Delivery): Orders placed before 6:00 AM are delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 AM will be delivered the next day.

• Rest of UAE (Next-Day Delivery): Deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and major cities in the Northern Emirates are completed within 24 hours .

• Exclusions: Please note that we do not deliver to remote areas (including but not limited to Al Dhafra/Western Region, Hatta, and far-off desert locations). We only deliver within the city limits of the seven Emirates.

💰 3. Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer FREE Delivery on all orders over AED 200 .

For orders under AED 200, the following flat delivery rates apply:

• AED 20: Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

• AED 30: Abu Dhabi (City), Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah.

📦 4. The Delivery Process

We keep you informed at every step of your mangoes' journey:

1. Confirmation: You will receive an immediate email or SMS confirmation once your order is placed.

2. Dispatch: We will notify you the moment your fresh mangoes leave our cold-storage facility.

3. Courier Contact: Prior to arrival, our driver will reach out via WhatsApp or a phone call to confirm your live location and availability. Please keep your mobile phone handy to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

⚠️ 5. Delivery Requirements

• Address Accuracy: For your security, we only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please note that we cannot alter the delivery address once the driver is en route.

• Hand-to-Hand Delivery: While a signature is not required, our quality standards mandate a strict hand-to-hand delivery . To maintain the structural integrity and optimal temperature of the fruit, we will not leave packages unattended at reception desks or doorsteps.

🛡️ 6. Damaged or Missing Items

We take exceptional care in packaging our premium mangoes. However, as they are perishable, please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged or missing:

• Report the issue to us within 24 hours .

• Send a clear photo of the damaged fruit or box to our WhatsApp support team.
