Quality and Produce
At Mangoes.ae, we pride ourselves in hand selecting only the freshest and highest quality produce bought each day for you. It is important to remember that fruit and vegetables are a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions.
Once we dispatch our produce, a number of changes in condition may result in their longevity being reduced.
Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in temperature may also have an adverse effect on the produce. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for Mangoes.ae to guarantee the produce quality in every case.
As each produce is unique, so too, are your requirements and concerns surrounding your pre-order. For that reason, we ask that you please contact us via email at info@mangoes.ae to discuss your queries or concerns in relation to your order.
Refund or replacement.
Mangoes.ae is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the quality or freshness of the product, return the product at the time of delivery. Once the delivery person has gone after delivering the goods, unfortunately we cannot offer you a exchange.
Damaged (rotten) items must be reported to us within 12 hours of receipt of your order. For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which we shipped the incorrect item. The Mangoes.ae reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.
12-HOUR RETURNS POLICY
On average, fresh produce should last between 36-48 hours, and 5-7 days depending on the type of produce.
Should your fruit or vegetables perish within 12 hours of delivery, and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Mangoes.ae will be happy to consider an exchange request or Discount Vouchers.
Mangoes.ae reserves the right to request photos or images of the original fruit/vegetables packing or box, pictures of 1 or 2 pieces out of complete box will not be accepted as whole damaged shipment until complete and detailed pictures of complete box are not shared. Mangoes.ae requires that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the fruit/vegetables be communicated to us within 12 hours of delivery.
To assist us in quality control, it is our policy for you to return the original produce in the disputed condition at your own expense. To make a claim under our Replacement Policy, you must provide us with a valid receipt and notify us within 12 hours of receiving. The staff member handling your request will advise if you need to return the item back to the store. Any cost incurred by you in bringing the item back to the store, will be borne by you.
Regretfully, we will not arrange an exchange of produce for you if the original produce has been disposed, or photos are unavailable.
Credit Card Refund
The customer refund procedure might take up to five to seven working days to process on the Debit /Credit Cards bank payment gateway. The customer has to follow on with the bank in case of any delay in crediting back the customer’s account with the amount previously paid by the customer. We will send an email to the customer that contains refund advice printed from the Debit / Credit Cards bank payment gateway as a reference in case the customer wants to revise the bank with.
