Ingredients you need to make a delicious Cherry Tomato Green salad.
- Cherry Tomato
- Capsicum Green
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery sticks
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 3 leaves chopped lettuce
- 3 chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 dashes garlic powder
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 2 pinches salt
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon lemon water
- Optional: 4 piece (blank)s thinly sliced chicken deli meat, chopped and boiled.
Step 1: Microwave or saute celery and bell pepper until soft; set aside to cool.
Step 2: In a large salad bowl, combine the onion, pepper, salad greens, deli meat and tomato. Sprinkle with the onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Toss to mix.
Step 3: Pour on enough salad dressing and squeeze lemon to coat, toss again and serve.
